At Sunday Assembly East Bay, we look for ways to serve our community, aligned with the heart of our motto, “Help Often.”
We accomplish this in several ways:
Civic activities have included singing to seniors in nursing homes, park cleanups, food bank distributions, etc. We add civic activities on this page as we decide to do them. (Our Help Often activities are usually tag-along events.)
Our monthly celebration is led by volunteer members of our organization. Step up to do a reading, lead the Member's Moment, or perform with our band. Reach out to anyone on the board to let us know of your interest.
We strive to be there for each other when we know of a community member in need. If you have been coming to our events and have a specific need, or if you notice that another member could use some help, please talk to someone on the board about how we might support you or them.
